Light Years: Conceptual Art and the Photograph, 1964–1977 runs December 13, 2011–March 11, 2012 at The Art Institute of Chicago. The exhibit explores the movement of photography into the mainstream of contemporary art. More than 140 works are on display by 57 artists, including Bruce Nauman, John Baldessari, and Sol LeWitt.
